The Art Nouveau ensemble with rich ornamentation, consisting of five houses, was built in 1903 by Michael Utschneider. The building was upgraded in several phases and the former historical splendor was restored. For this purpose, medical examinations were carried out in coordination with the authorities of the monument protection in order to carry out the restoration in the original version.
